Judith Chevalier LCSW, MEd. is an experienced clinical social worker who approaches her social work practice with professionalism, and compassion. She has completed post-graduate training and has extensive experience in the areas of school related challenges, anxiety, trauma, grief and relational conflict resolution. At the core her practice emphasizes the dignity of anyone engaged in the therapeutic process. She creates a safe environment where individuals, families or couples can explore life’s challenges and gain insight and grow.
Along with her strong clinical social work expertise, Judith Chevalier has extensive experience as an educational leader supporting students and families who face challenges in the school setting. She is well versed and experienced in the area educational law and has worked with child study teams throughout her career. Her extensive knowledge of educational systems allows families and children to gain self -advocacy skills as well as the ability to navigate complex educational challenges.
Judith Chevalier offers office-based services for ages 5 through adulthood. Individual, family and marriage counseling is offered with confidentiality and safety. Sessions are typically fifty minutes long. Children are accompanied by a parent or guardian to the session, and the parent or guardian is involved in the therapeutic process.
