Courtney works with teenagers and adults to help them build coping skills, better manage emotions, and improve relationships. Each client is different and therefore there is no "one size fits all" approach. Courtney will meet you where you feel comfortable and work with you to achieve your goals at your pace.
Courtney’s theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but she also likes to find genuine connections with her clients. There may be days where there is laughter, tears, or sometimes both. She’s here to be with you every step of the way.
